for the provision of public services in 2022.
The main directions of the provision of public services of the state institution "The Office of the akim of the Karaturyk rural district" :
- provision of public services in accordance with the rules for the provision of public services;
- creating the necessary conditions for persons with disabilities to receive public services;
- providing service recipients with complete and reliable information on the procedure for the provision of public services in an accessible form;
- professional development of employees in the field of public services;
- taking measures against violation of the rights and legitimate interests of service recipients.
Public services rendered in 2022: 6 different public services were rendered in the office of the akim of the Karaturyk rural district:
1. Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot;
2. Provision of land plots for the construction of facilities within settlements;
3. Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions) ;
4. Queuing for a land plot;
5. Sale of a land plot to private ownership with a one-time payment or by installments
6. Granting the right to use the land plot for a new term
The issues of rendering public services are included in the functional duties of 1 specialist, approved by the order and indicated on the official website of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district contact phone number, dates of admission of this specialist. Conducting internal control to improve the quality of public services and collecting reports and information (data) on internal control over the quality of public services and sending to the Office of the akim of the district since September 2021 is entrusted to the deputy akim of the district B. The total number of public services rendered in 2022 is 867, the number of public services rendered free of charge is 867, those rendered on a paid basis are not, the number of public services rendered on paper is 29, the number of approved Rules for the provision of public services is 5.
There is 1 stand in the building of the district akim's office to inform the public about the rules for the provision of public services. Sources and places of access to information on the procedure for the provision of public services: visual media are posted in the building of the office of the akim of the Karaturyk rural district. In order to improve the skills of employees in the provision of public services and improve the quality of public services, the akim's office held events, regularly held meetings in the office to clarify the rules for the provision of public services, promotions, seminars, open days, etc. (130 protocols), 1 specialist passed refresher courses. There were no complaints about the provision of public services from service recipients during the reporting period. There were no specialists brought to responsibility for the shortcomings in the provision of public services.
In order to improve the quality of public services provided, create favorable conditions for service recipients, and reduce corruption risks, a separate office on the 1st floor of the administrative building has been prepared in the Karaturyk rural district. In the same office, a "self-service corner" was created with the possibility of accessing the e-government portal, work was carried out to equip it. There is a corner for children, a call button for people with disabilities, parking for their cars, comfortable seats, a water dispenser and a TV for information of service recipients. Specialists of the akim's office of the Karaturyk rural district are constantly working to train the population in the skills of obtaining electronic public services, organize actions to improve the digital literacy of the population and the procedure for providing public services in shopping malls, state general education and preschool educational institutions of the rural district.
