Term of rendering a public service: the first stage: preparation of an act of selection of a land plot with a situational scheme, an architectural and planning task-within 28 (Twenty - eight) working days.
The second stage: approval of the act of final selection and the issuance of a decision on the transfer of land use rights to the land plot with the attachment of the land Cadastral plan when the service recipient pays for the services of land and cadastral works-within 18 (eighteen) business days.
Form of rendering public services: electronic.
Result of rendering a public service: a decision of the service provider on granting land use rights to a land plot with the attachment of a land Cadastral plan or a reasoned response to a refusal to provide a public service.

2) an electronic copy of the layout scheme of the land plot.
The second stage: the final act of coordinated selection.
Grounds for refusal to provide a public service established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) determination of the reliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for obtaining a public service and (or) the data (information) contained in them;
2) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by paragraph 6-1 of Article 43 in the sixth part of Paragraph 3, Part Two of paragraph 6 of Article 49-2, paragraphs 2 and 2-1 of Article 50 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the code;
3) negative response of the approving bodies to the request for approval required for the provision of public services in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 44-1 of the code.
