Name of the service provider: local executive bodies of Regions, Cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, districts and cities of regional significance, akims of cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts
Methods of rendering public services: 1) service provider's office;
2) www.egov.kz e-government web portal (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
Term of rendering public services: 5 (five) business days.
Form of rendering public services: electronic and (or) paper.
Result of rendering a public service: the decision of the service provider on granting land use rights to a land plot or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide a public service.
The amount of payment charged to the service recipient when rendering a public service and methods of receiving it in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: free of charge.
List of documents required for the provision of public services: to the service provider:
1) application for the sale of a land plot to private ownership;
2) identity document (for identification purposes);
3) act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot;
to the portal:
1) an electronic application for the sale of a land plot to private ownership, certified by an electronic digital signature of the public service recipient;
2) an electronic copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot
Grounds for refusal to provide a public service established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) establishment of inaccuracy of the documents submitted by the service recipient for obtaining a public service and (or) the data (information) contained in them;
2) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, objects, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by Part Six of Paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003.
