11/23/2022 after preoperative preparation under general anesthesia on the orthopedic operating table, the position of the patient on the left side, from the posterior access by Kocher-Langenbeck, access to the fracture zone of the posterior column of the acetabulum after isolation of the sciatic nerve was carried out. Bone fragments were isolated using special power equipment for operations on pelvic bones, fracture reposition and synthesis of the posterior edge, roof and sciatic bone by two reconstructive pelvic plates ChM, which are fixed with screws. On the control radiograph — the articular cavity is formed, the displacement of fragments is eliminated. Despite the complexity and large volume of the operation, the doctors successfully coped with the task.
Thanks to the equipment of the clinic, such operations have become available to residents of remote villages of the Enbekshikazakh district.
