Tasks: 1) implementation of public administration policy in the field of energy, heat and gas supply, participation in the development, formation and implementation of plans, target programs; 2) implementation of the policy of state regulation in the field of water supply, sanitation within the boundaries (lines) of settlements of the district; 3) implementation of other tasks provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
