The main goal of the competition is to promote productive work, popularize working professions among young people and strengthen the long-standing traditions of working dynasties.
The competition awards the winners of the competition "Enbek Ardageri" and the medal "Enbek Zholy", aimed at identifying the best labor dynasties, the best production workers, honoring professionals who have made a significant contribution to the development and strengthening of the economy of Kazakhstan.
The competition "Enbek Zholy" consists of three categories: "The best labor dynasty", "The best young worker of production" and "The best mentor of working youth".
The winners of the contest are awarded with cash certificates and valuable prizes.
The competition is held annually at the regional and national levels in two stages. Participation in the regional and national stages of the competition is free of charge.
Applicants for the title of the winner of the competition draw up and submit materials to the local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital on paper and electronic media.
We invite representatives of labor dynasties, as well as initiative young workers, as well as their mentors, to take an active part in the competition.
