In 2020, the Ethics Commissioner carried out 92 preventive and educational activities, including: 32 seminars and lectures, 2 articles were published in the print media, 52 information and explanatory materials were posted on Internet resources.In order to monitor the state of the moral and psychological climate in the team and comply with ethics, an anonymous survey of civil servants is conducted on an ongoing basis. Analyzes of the personal data of civil servants showed that the moral and psychological atmosphere in the staff of the department is positive, the team has created exclusively business relationships between civil servants.The project office "Adaldyk alagy" has been operating under the department since June 1, 2020. Within the framework of the project office in the department, there is a stand with information material in a visible and accessible place, the Plan of the project office "Adaldyk alagy" for 2020 was approved.Based on the approved Plan for consideration of problematic issues at the Adaldyk alagy site at the department, 8 problematic issues were considered at the site with the involvement of representatives of the Health Department, the branch of the State Corporation NJSC - "Government for Citizens" in North Kazakhstan, employees of medical organizations of the region, the Anicorruption Service ...From October 1, 2020, the "Front Office" is open and operates for the convenience of service recipients in the department building.
