How to get the service online1. Log in to the portal and click on the "Order online service" button.2. Fill in the application and sign it with an EDS (electronic digital signature). In the application, indicate the number of the personal account (IBAN) opened with Kazpost JSC or a second-tier bank (Halyk Bank JSC).3. In your personal account (in the "History of receiving services" section), read the notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
* The electronic service is provided: • families with IS REGISTRY OFFICE who have married since June 1, 2008; • families where children were born on 13 August 2007; • if the children are adopted / adopted or have died since 2008. All used e-service services will be available synchronously.
The electronic service is not available through the "electronic government" portal for persons applying: • for the allocation of a share of the benefit or for the deceased breadwinners, for whom the benefit is already paid for other children; • for benefits for the category of caring for a child under 8 years of age; • for an allowance for a serviceman who died (died) in the line of duty or during military service.
Required documents for obtaining public services: 1.application in the form according to Appendix 1 2. an identity document (passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, identity card of a stateless person, residence permit of a foreigner, an oralman's certificate before obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan) (required for personal identification); 3. certificate of death of the breadwinner or a court decision on recognizing a person as missing (deceased); 4. a document confirming the family relationship between the dependent and the deceased (birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, establishment of paternity (motherhood), and others).
Depending on their availability, the following documents are submitted:1.Certificate of the civil registration authorities (if information about the father in the birth certificate is entered at the request of the mother);2. a certificate of the educational institution, if the dependents at the age of eighteen to twenty-three are full-time students (provided annually);3. document confirming the establishment of guardianship or trusteeship;
4. military ID of the deceased (deceased) or a certificate of military service; 5. a document on the death or death of a serviceman, an employee of the internal affairs bodies and the former State Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan due to injury, concussion, injury, illness, received while on duty or during military service.
