To assign the state social allowance for disability, allowance for raising a disabled child, allowance for caring for a disabled child of the first group from childhood, you must submit an electronic application with the required scanned documents via the E-government web portal (in the "Recipient" column, you must specify the branch of the NAO "State Corporation" Government for citizens " in the Karaganda region).
After logging in to the egov e-government portal.kz in the upper-right corner with Your full name there is a button with a drop-down list, one of the items of which is the "Electronic requests" button.
After that, you will be taken to the page with the description of the service "Electronic appeals" and the button "Order service online".
By clicking on the button with the service order, you will open your personal account with the requests you have created and the ability to create a new request using the "Create"button.
On the page for creating a new request, you will need to fill in the following fields:

The final action will be to sign the application using an EDS. Click the "Select certificate" button and select the file whose name begins with " RSA...", then the system will require you to enter an open password.
