Every day in Pavlodar region about 200 people reach retirement age, and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens have the full right to receive payments from both the national budget and the savings Fund. To date, the Department provides the following services:

assignment of pension payments by age;

purpose of the state basic pension payment;

assignment of state social benefits for disability, loss of breadwinner and age;

the appointment of the state special benefits;

appointment of a special state allowance;

assignment of benefits to a mother or father, an adoptive parent, or a guardian who is raising a disabled child;

assignment of child birth and child care benefits;

purpose of the state allowance for mothers with many children who were awarded the "Altyn Alka", "Kumis Alka" pendants or who previously received the title "mother-heroine", awarded the "Mother's glory" orders of I and II degrees;

- appointment of a lump sum payment for burial;

- assignment of social assistance in the form of monthly payments to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the end of the period of capitalization of payments for compensation for damage caused to the life and health of employees; legal entities liquidated as a result of bankruptcy

- payment of the difference between the amount of actually paid mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, taking into account the level of inflation, and the amount of pension savings (state guarantee);

- assignment of benefits to large families;

- allowance for a person who takes care of a disabled person of the first group from childhood
