Includes the provision of 13 government services. One of the most popular of which is the appointment of pension payments. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens have every right to receive payments both from the republican budget and from the accumulation fund. The appointment of this payment in strict accordance with the current legislation, ensuring the right of a citizen to record all documents when calculating the amount of payment, checking and identifying violations of the law in the formation of pension cases - the daily work of the Pension and Social Security departments of the Department.
Social payments accompany a person from birth to death, cover the widest categories of citizens, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, invalids of the first, second and third groups, mothers with many children and so on. Today the Department provides the following types:
assignment of old-age pension payments;
the appointment of the state basic pension payment;
the appointment of state social benefits for disability, loss of breadwinner and age;
the appointment of state special benefits;
the appointment of a special state allowance;
the appointment of a benefit to the mother or father, adoptive parent (adoptive parent), guardian (curator) raising a disabled child;
the appointment of benefits for the birth of a child and childcare;
the appointment of a state allowance to mothers with many children who were awarded the "Altyn alka", "Kumis alka" pendants or who had previously received the title "Mother Heroine", awarded the orders of "Maternal Glory" I and II degrees;
- appointment of a lump sum payment for burial;
- assignment of social assistance in the form of monthly payments to citizens; The Republic of Kazakhstan after the end of the period of capitalization of payments for compensation for harm caused to the life and health of employees; legal entities liquidated due to bankruptcy
- payment of the difference between the amount of actually paid compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions, taking into account the inflation rate and the amount of pension savings (state guarantee);
- assignment of benefits to large families;
- allowance for a person caring for a disabled person of the first group since childhood
The provision of the above public services is carried out by the departments of pension and social security.
