Head of Department for control in the sphere of social protection of the population Aslanova D. B. explained to the audience what laws are guided by experts during inspections and preventive controls, and explained a guaranteed physical and legal persons conditions for unhindered access to objects of social and transport infrastructure and responsibilities provided for by article 83 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on administrative offences" in the absence of such conditions.
