Organizes, directly participates in and constantly monitors the quality of the provision of state, including composite services for the determination of disability, the degree of disability, the formation of an individual rehabilitation program for the disabled (IPR), the execution of acts of medical and social examination and other expert documents by specialists of the medical department social expertise (MSE department). Enters the data of the examination of disabled people in the AIS "CBDI" and monitors the quality of the formation of MSE acts in the "CBDI". Provides advisory, methodological assistance for specialists of health care organizations on various issues of medical and social expertise and rehabilitation of sick people with disabilities in the served area. Systematically analyzes the state of disability in the context of the territory of service of the population. Constantly supervises the process of monitoring the implementation of the medical, social and professional part of the IPR by medical organizations and social protection bodies by the MSE department specialists in the context of the served territory. Organizes and is directly involved in the preparation of quarterly and summary annual reports on the main indicators of the MSE department. Based on the results of the assessment of the activities of each specialist, the MSE department prepares proposals for their material incentives. In case of violations of labor discipline, and failure to perform official duties properly, prepares proposals for imposing disciplinary sanctions on an MSE specialist. Conducts constant explanatory work with the general population through the media.
