Controls the formation of the database and collection of information (including through automated information systems), checks the analysis to identify verifiable entities that violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Controls the monitoring of violations detected during the audit, the reporting, and the analysis of information received from other state bodies, institutions, and organizations. Control over the formation of a reconciliation report for registered acts on the appointment of inspections in the region. Controls the timely registration of inspections of subjects of inspections, acts on the appointment of inspections, accounting documents on the inspection and its results, and records of administrative offenses in the field of social protection of the population. Controls the compilation of a list of subjects (objects) for conducting preventive control with a visit to the subject of control, taking into account the priority with the highest risk indicator. Controls the social protection of persons with disabilities in relation to entities / organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, that provide access to social and transport infrastructure facilities, cultural and entertainment organizations, and sports facilities for persons with disabilities. Conduct contacts with other state bodies and organizations in accordance with the established procedure, request and receive from them information and materials necessary for their activities. Makes decisions on issues related to the competence of the Department. Conducts personal reception of citizens, provides high-quality and timely consideration of complaints, appeals, requests on issues related to the competence of the Department and within the time limits established by law. Defines the responsibilities and powers of the Department's specialists. Complies with the requirements of generally accepted ethics and ethics of civil servants, as well as The Department's work regulations and internal regulations.
