Department for control in the sphere of social protection of the population

State control over the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory legal acts in the field of pension and social security, compulsory social insurance, social protection of disabled people and in the provision of special social services. Monitoring of violations detected during the audit, reporting, and analysis of information received from other government agencies, institutions, and organizations. Control in the field of social protection of the disabled against entities/organizations regardless of their form of ownership, providing access for invalids to objects of social and transport infrastructure to cultural organizations and sports facilities.
