Pension and social security

1. The Department of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration in Atyrau region(hereinafter - Department) is a territorial subdivision of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration of the Ministry of labour and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee), implementing state control in the sphere of social protection of population pension and social security, obligatory social insurance, special social services.

2. In its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Regulation.

3. The Department is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, as well as accounts in the treasury bodies in accordance with the legislation.

4. The structure and staffing of the Department shall be approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Legal address of the Department: Republic of Kazakhstan, 060007, Atyrau region, Atyrau city, 118E Makhambet Otemisuly Street, block No. 2.

6. Full name of the Department –Republican State institution "Department of the Committee of Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Atyrau region".

7. This Regulation is the constituent document of the Department.

8. Financing of the Department's activities is carried out only at the expense of the republican budget. The Department is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities for the performance of duties that are its functions.

If the Department is granted the right to carry out income-generating activities by legislative acts, these revenues are allocated to the income of the republican budget.
