On September 29 of this year, the head of the Pension and Social Security Department No. 1 of the Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection in Almaty, Shamieva Ardak Mubarakovna took part in a Round table held at the House of Social Services of the Party of the Almaty city branch "Amanat" with the participation of R.Amirbekova and a group of pensioners in order to comprehensively address social problems.
During the round table, explanations on the Social Code concerning pension and social benefits were given to the questions asked.

The Department of Medical and Social Expertise No. 5 of the Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection in Almaty on 28.09.2023 held a joint meeting of specialists of OMSE No. 5 with doctors of GP No. 32 with the participation of the chairman of the VCC. During the conference, indicators for the II quarter of the department's work were presented, changes made to Order 204 of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/14/2021 were considered. (Appendix to the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.03.2023 No. 94)., criteria for establishing disability, indications and contraindications for the development of a program of habilitation and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, as well as other issues.
On September 20, 2023, an "Open Day" was held in the Zhetysu district Public Service Center of the branch of the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the city of Almaty on the topic: "Clarification of pension and social security issues within the framework of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", which was attended by a representative of the Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection in the city of Almaty.
This event was attended by representatives of the branch of JSC "State Social Insurance Fund"; "Unified Accumulative Pension Fund" in the city of Almaty; "Labor Mobility Center of Almaty".
A representative of the Department received citizens and provided explanations on the appointment of pension and social benefits, as well as answers to the questions asked.
In order to improve the quality of provision of public services to service providers, on September 19, 2023, the MSE department No. 1 of the Department of Chemical Labor and Social Protection in Almaty held a meeting at the State Public Enterprise No. 25 of the Alatau region on the topic “On approval of the Rules for conducting medical and social examinations dated June 29. 2023 No. 260.
The department specified the issues of face-to-face examination and the procedure for referral to ITU during an absentee proactive examination, the features of the formation of a draft ITU act with the integration of the medical part of the IPR in form No. 031/u. Examples of defective registration on the ITU were given, the main errors when filling out 031/u, and in particular the formation of the main diagnosis, reflecting the severity of functional disorders. Clarifications were given to all questions asked.
As a result of the meeting, recommendations were made to strengthen control, monitoring, effectiveness assessments and resolve issues of the validity of referrals to full-time correspondence - proactive examination in accordance with the new rules.
On 13.09.2023, a meeting was held with a delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan. The purpose of the delegation's visit is to study Kazakhstan's experience in implementing and promoting the institute of an adviser on ensuring the rights and improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities.
During the visit, there was a discussion of the issues of disability registration and proactive correspondence examination.
Employees of the KTiSZ Department in Almaty visited the house-museum of the Soviet politician D.A. Kunaev.
The famous political and statesman of Kazakhstan D.A. Kunaev was born on 12.01.1912 in the city of Verny. He served as the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR from 1960 to 1962 and from 1694 to 1986.
A huge number of exhibits relating to the life of an outstanding statesman are kept in the museum house in the collection.
On August 31, 2023, a meeting with large families and mothers of the Nauryzbay district was held in the building of the akim's office of the Nauryzbay district.

During the discussion, explanations were given on an additional list of nosological forms in which a proactive examination in absentia is carried out.
The rules for providing the services of an individual assistant to persons with disabilities in accordance with the individual program of habilitation and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities are described in detail.
At the end of the meeting, the participants were asked questions, to which answers and explanations were given.
