Public services provided
In accordance with the functional responsibilities, one of the main activities of the Department is the appointment of pension and social payments from the republican budget.
The Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection in the city of Almaty provided 20,008 public services in the second quarter of 2022, including a decision on refusal was made – 842; documents were returned for revision – 1591;
Pension and Social Security departments №1, №2, №3, №4 make decisions on the appointment of the following payments to be paid at the expense of the republican budget:
Assignment of pension payments by age – 1537;
Appointment of the state basic pension payment – 1801;
Assignment of state social benefits for disability – 1046;
Assignment of state special allowances – 0;
Appointment of a special state allowance – 595;
Assignment of a benefit to a mother or father, an adoptive parent (adopter), a guardian (trustee) raising a disabled child - 313;
Assignment of allowances for the birth of a child and child care – 9590;
Appointment of a lump sum payment for burial – 1943;
Assignment of social assistance in the form of monthly payments to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the completion of the period of capitalization of payments for compensation for damage caused to the life and health of employees by legal entities liquidated as a result of bankruptcy – 0;
Payment of the difference between the amount of actually paid mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions taking into account the level of inflation and the amount of pension savings (state guarantee) – 940;
Assignment of the state allowance to mothers with many children, awarded with "Altyn alka", "Kumis alka" pendants or who previously received the title of "Mother Heroine", awarded with the orders of "Maternal Glory" I and II degrees - 139;
Assignment of the allowance "To large families with 4 or more minor children living together" - 1,118;
Appointment of state social benefits in case of loss of breadwinner – 986;
Information and explanatory work for the 2nd quarter of 2022
For the 2nd quarter of this year , the pension and Social Security departments of the Department conducted:
- meetings with labor collectives – 8;
- meetings with residents of Almaly, Alatau, Zhetysu, Nauryzbay districts, as well as with activists of the district Council of Veterans;
- appearances on television, radio – 5,
- interviews and articles in print media – 1.
Took part in 2 round tables.
2 meetings were held with the departments of the NAO "State Corporation "Governments for Citizens".
Reception of citizens in Public reception rooms – 1.
Facebook instagramming of news and information on the Department's websites (Instagram, facebook, gov.kz ) – 53.
The reception and consultation of citizens on pension and social security issues in the number of 248 people was carried out.
Consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities on pension and social security issues – 101, requests received from other countries (Russia, CIS, etc.) – 724.
According to the approved 3-party schedule, 2 technical studies were conducted between the Department, NAO "State Corporation "Governments for Citizens" and JSC "State Social Insurance Fund".
The number of technical checks carried out on changes in the current legislation with specialists of departments of the Department – 3.
