The degree of UOT is established for the participant of the compulsory social insurance system, for whom social contributions were made, in the event of an event (social risk) that caused the loss (loss) of working capacity. Upon the occurrence of a UOT, a participant in the compulsory social insurance system for whom social contributions were made, the degree of UOT is set from 30 to 100 percent inclusive.
