Ensuring the rights and social protection of persons with disabilities are one of the important directions of the state's social policy. The main legislative acts in the field of social protection of persons with disabilities are the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

One of the confirmation of the importance of ensuring access for persons with disabilities is the absence of an administrative measure, like a “warning”.
