According to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget", citizens belonging to any group of disabilities and one of the parents of a disabled child may not pay the state duty in the following cases:
- Filing a civil claim in a criminal case. Litigation. Performing notarial acts. Registration of acts of civil status. Issuance of passports and identity cards of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Issuance of a state registration plate for a car, a trailer for a car, for motor vehicles. Transport tax. Land tax. You can count on tax exemption only upon presentation of a document confirming disability.
