Announcement of the placement of the draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 15, 2017 No. 549 "On approval of the description of the banner and symbol of the Department of the authorized body in the field of civil protection, banners of territorial divisions and educational organizations of the department" for public discussion

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 11, 2014 "On Civil Protection", the authorized body has a banner and a symbol. Territorial divisions and educational organizations have banners, military units of civil defense have battle banners.

The description of the banner and symbol of the authorized body, banners of territorial divisions, educational organizations and military units of civil defense is approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this regard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has developed a draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 15, 2017 No. 549 "On approval of the description of the banner and symbol of the department of the authorized body in the field of civil protection, banners of territorial divisions and educational organizations of the department".

The draft Decree provides for making editorial changes, changing the symbol of the authorized body in the field of civil protection, changing the scale of banners, as well as approving the description of the combat banners of military units of civil defense.

The draft Decree was posted on June 21, 2021 on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts legalacts.egov.kz.
