The direction of personnel policy implements the unified state personnel policy in the system of civil protection bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Tasks:

1) implementation of a unified personnel policy in the system of civil protection bodies, as an integral part of the state personnel policy.

2) organization of service in the civil protection bodies.

3) implementation of the policy in the field of departmental education in the system of civil protection bodies.

4) organization of systematic professional service and physical training of employees of civil protection bodies.

5) organization of ideological work in civil protection bodies.

6) organization of project activities of civil protection bodies.

7) implementation of a unified organizational and staff policy in the system of civil protection bodies.

8) prevention of violations of the rule of law and discipline by employees of civil protection bodies.

9) conducting polygraph examinations in civil protection bodies.
