В период с 11 марта по 18 марта 2022 года из-за непрерывных осадков в виде дождя, в Жетысайском и Махтааральском районах Туркестанской области происходит подтопление улиц, дворовых территорий от дождевых вод и поднятие грунтовых вод.
Создан оперативный штаб в ДЧС Туркестанской области. Угроза подтопления домам нет.
В целях недопущения подтопления домов силами Департамента по ЧС и местными исполнительными органами продолжаются работы по откачке дождевых вод. Для отвода воды прорыты каналы протяженностью 8.3 км. Очищено 32 канала протяженностью 96 км и 121 коллектор протяженностью 241 км.
На сегодняшний день из 284 дворовых территорий всего откачено 62 886 куб.м воды.
В работе задействовано 170 сотрудников, 60 мотопомп и 44 единиц техники. Из них 66 сотрудников личного состава, 39 мотопомп и 11 единиц техники Департамента по ЧС и 104 работников, 21 мотопомп и 33 единиц техники местного исполнительного органа.

56 people from the personnel of the emergency department, 34 motor pumps and 8 special equipment, as well as 69 people, 21 motor pumps and 16 equipment of the local executive body were involved in the work.
To date, 16,000 cubic meters of water have been pumped out. In addition, in connection with the fact of flooding of streets and courtyards of houses, a hotline of the district akimat has been launched, and emergency measures are being taken in case of receiving notifications from residents.

In honor of the 4th anniversary of the establishment of the Department of Emergency Situations of Turkestan region and the construction of a building dedicated to the field of emergency situations for the first time in our independent history, the Regional Project “intelligence battle” was organized in order to assess knowledge and efficiency among Civil Defense employees. 17 teams took part in the game and competed in 7 rounds.
