On January 30, from 22.00 hours, according to the WKOF of KazAvtoZhol JSC, due to the deterioration of weather conditions (strong wind, blizzard, poor visibility), traffic was closed on the section of the Uralsk-Atyrau republican highway 189-492 km from the border of the Atyrau region to Uralsk for all types of vehicles.
