On February 19, from 23.00 hours, according to the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of Atyrau region, due to the deterioration of weather conditions (fog), traffic was closed on the section of A/d of regional significance A-28 "Atyrau-Inder" 20-164 km (village Besykty- P.Inderbor) for all types of vehicles.
