According to the press service of Atyrau city akimat, the fire broke out today at about 10:13 in a single-storey building of the hangar type, located on M. Baimukhanov Street.
"Building materials burned in the warehouse with a total area of 90 square meters. Among them are fiberglass, foam and other materials used for construction," the press service of the Regional Department of Emergency Situations reported. 29 firefighters and 10 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the flames.
