According to the branch of the RSE "Kazhydromet" in the Atyrau region, from August 21 to 23, 2021, a strong heat of up to 41 degrees is expected in most of the Atyrau region.
The Department of Emergency Situations of Atyrau region recommends that the following security measures be observed:
- Try to get as little as possible under direct sunlight. Remember that the sunlight will be active during the period from 12: 00 to 16: 00. Try to wear closed clothes, protecting the body from the sun and use sunscreen oils;
- Do not drink alcohol, in the heat, alcohol quickly affects the body and the body becomes more sensitive to high temperatures;
- Try to drink as much liquid as possible (chilled water, mineral water) ;
- It is necessary to limit long-distance trips by motor vehicles, if this is not possible, be as careful as possible on the road, since a person may feel bad from the intense heat.
- Do not leave children in cars even for a short time. From the intense heat, the child may lose consciousness.
- If you are in an emergency situation and you are in danger of life, call the unified rescue service "112", " 101 " (toll-free).
