"This document will update the block on tax administration, including the digitalization of tax control," the ministry said in response to a request.
In order to increase the effectiveness of tax incentives, the Ministry of National Economy wants to provide for a transition to differentiated rates in different sectors of the economy. They will also discuss the introduction of a mechanism to reduce or exempt from corporate income tax on profits aimed at technological modernization and scientific development.
"In order to minimize the risks of duty evasion, special tax regimes will be simplified," the ministry said.
In addition, it is expected that consideration will be given to expanding the application of the retail tax with adequate rates and simple procedures.
"In addition, a point regarding the introduction of a luxury tax on the acquisition of expensive real estate, vehicles, which will not affect the middle class, will be discussed," the ministry added.
At the same time, it is noted that all announced innovations will be openly discussed with all interested state bodies and the business community.
