Privatization.
Work continues on the implementation of the privatization program. In accordance with the comprehensive privatization plan for 2016-2020 and the list of communal property organizations proposed for transfer to a competitive environment, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2015 No. 114, 100% of shares were transferred from the communal property of the city of Shakhtinsk to the competitive environment participation of the state in LLP "Gorkomhoz Akimat of the city of Shakhtinsk".
In accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Shakhtinsk No. 23/01 dated June 14, 2018, in order to transfer property from the communal property of the city of Shakhtinsk to the local government level, seven real estate objects were transferred from the communal property of the city of Shakhtinsk to the communal property of the local government.
In order to restore the housing stock of the city of Shakhtinsk in 2020, work was completed on the privatization of a detached nine-story building with a total area of 3670.2 sq.m., located at the address: Shakhtinsk, ave. Abai Kunanbayev, house 68 "A". The conditions for privatization are the restoration of a residential building, and the sale of housing under the state program 7-20-25.
Transfer of state property into property lease (lease).
The transfer of state property into property lease (lease) is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state property" and the Rules for the transfer of state property into property lease (lease) approved by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 212 dated March 17, 2015, through the web portal of the state registry.
For the first quarter of 2021, 11 contracts of property lease (lease) of state property were concluded, for a total area of 1,710.77 sq. m. and 7 contracts for the gratuitous use of state property, rent of property at a zero rate, with a total area of 618.83 sq. m.
As a result of the restrictions introduced in connection with the spread of COVID-19, the activities of various areas of small and medium-sized businesses were suspended. In his message to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action", the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan instructed to suspend the accrual of rent payments to SMEs from 01.01.2021 to 30.06.2021, therefore, by the end of the year, the expected receipt of rent payments to the budget will decrease and amount to 872,778 thousand . tenge.
