Прогноз объема ВРП по городу Сарани за январь - ноябрь текущего года 184517,2 млн.тенге, рост в 1,8 раза к соответствующему периоду прошлого года (102975,4 млн. тенге), в том числе по отраслям:
Объем производства промышленной продукции составил 146938,8 млн. тенге, 247,5% к соответствующему периоду 2022 года (59357,6 млн. тенге), ИФО – 133,3%, за счет увеличения выпуска продукции на предприятиях:
ТОО «QazTehna» - 95759,2 млн. тенге (в 4,5 раза больше уровня 2022 года),
ТОО «Sunpaper» - 2456,8 млн. тенге (122,3% к уровню прошлого года),
ТОО «КЦЭП» -11177,3 млн. тенге (121,8% к уровню прошлого года).
ТОО КГСП «Карал Plast» – 3316,2 млн. тенге (в 1,8 раза больше уровня прошлого года)
Объем инвестиций в основной капитал составил 102427,2 млн. тенге или 128% в сопоставимых ценах к соответствующему периоду прошлого года (76305,2 млн. тенге), рост за счет вложения частных инвестиций:
ТОО «Kama Tyres KZ» - 81642,8 млн. тенге;
шахты Саранская и им. Кузембаева – 10264,8 млн. тенге;
ТОО «КЦЭП»- 130 млн. тенге;
ТОО «Sunpaper» - 21 млн. тенге;
ТОО«Silk Road Electronics»- 4209,6 млн. тенге.
Объем валовой продукции сельского хозяйства составил 3642,1 млн. тенге или 99,5% к январю-ноябрю прошлого года (3659,1 млн. тенге), при ИФО – 100,7%, за счет увеличения производства мяса на 4,6%, молока на 1,2%, яиц на 0,7%.
Объем розничного товарооборота составил 7207,3 млн. тенге, или 133,3% к уровню прошлого года (5347,2 млн. тенге), при ИФО – 119,9%,
В январе-ноябре текущего года открыто 14 объектов в сфере торговли и услуг с созданием 28 рабочих мест на сумму инвестиций 28,5 млн. тенге.
Объем строительных работ составил 26729,0 млн. тенге или 77,2% к соответствующему периоду прошлого года (34611,5 млн. тенге), при ИФО – 69,8%,
Причина снижения: В 2022 году основные объемы СМР были проведены на строительстве шинного завода (ТОО «Kama TyresKZ») на сумму около 40 млрд. тенге. По итогам 2023 года есть риск недостижения план-задания – 51 млрд. 365 млн. тенге.
По предварительным данным в этом году СМР на предприятиях Индустриальной зоны по производству бытовой техники, по производству шин (подрядчики ТОО «BI-Industrial», ТОО «MK-Construction», ТОО «Имсталькон - Темиртау», АО «Электромонтаж», ТОО «Батыс Котло Монтаж», ТОО «Аманат») до конца года ожидаются в сумме около 5,0 млрд. тенге.
За счет местного бюджета в текущем году проведены СМР на сумму около 5,0 млрд. тенге (строительство центральной котельной, ФОК, реконструкция жилых домов, средний ремонт автодорог, внутриквартальных дорог, благоустройство сквера, парков, текущие ремонты образовательных учреждений).
Около 6 млрд. тенге ожидается от строительства ИКИ к Индустриальной зоне (ТОО «Tolagai-2050», ТОО «Улар МК», АО «Алматыинжстрой», ТОО «Конкорд-инжиниринг», ТОО «Life Stroy Invest», ТОО «АП-ИМПЭКС» ТОО «Азамат Құрылыс»). Администратором является Управление строительства, Управление энергетики и ЖКХ.
Ввод жилья составил 2181 кв. м за счет индивидуального жилищного строительства, 19,4% к уровню прошлого года (11221 кв.м),
Причина снижения: Недостаток финансирования.
До конца года ожидается исполнение годового план-задания - 4404 кв.м. Планируется ввод коммерческого дома №1 в микр. 3 РТИ площадью 2525 кв. метров за счет частного инвестора.
Количество действующих субъектов МСП – 2777 единиц или 108,2% к январю-ноябрю прошлого года (2567 ед.).
Зарегистрировано 305 человек в качестве безработных, 109,3% к январю-ноябрю 2022 года (279 чел.), в связи с увеличением планов по активным мерам занятости безработных в рамках Национального проекта по развитию предпринимательства.
Уровень безработицы 4,1%. Трудоустроено 1446 человек или на 6,5% больше уровня прошлого года (1358 чел.). Приняли участие в общественных работах 269 человек (2022г – 493 чел.).
Количество малообеспеченных, проживающих ниже черты бедности, 220 человек (52 семей), 79,4% к соответствующему периоду прошлого года (277 чел./68 семей).
Численность населения города на 1 ноября 2023 года составила 43779 человек, 100% по сравнению с уровнем прошлого года (43788 чел).
Коэффициент рождаемости снизился на 1,3% (январь-октябрь 2023г. – 11,16 случаев, 407 чел., январь-октябрь 2022г. – 11,31 случаев на 1000 чел. населения, 413 чел.).
Коэффициент смертности снизился на 17,6% (январь-октябрь 2023г. – 10,36 случаев, 378 чел., январь-октябрь 2022г. – 12,57 случаев на 1000 чел. населения, 459 чел.).
Зарегистрировано три случая младенческой смертности (январь-октябрь 2023г. – 6,9 случаев, 3 ребенка, январь-октябрь 2022г. – 2,1 случаев на 1000 родившихся, 1 ребенок).
Количество зарегистрированных преступлений – 250 случаев или снижение на 15,3% к уровню прошлого года (295 случаев), в том числе по регистрации тяжких и особо тяжких преступлений 75 случаев, рост на 1,4% к прошлому году (74 случаев).
Раскрываемость тяжких и особо тяжких преступлений 42%, на 7,1 п.п. ниже соответствующего периода прошлого года (2022 год - 49,1%) по причине оставшихся в производстве выше срока 3 тяжких уголовных дел, по которым планируется принятие решения в ноябре месяце т.г.

the volume of gross agricultural output is 3564.5 million tenge or 99.4% compared to January-October last year (3585.8 million tenge), with the IFO – 100.5%,
the volume of retail turnover is 6549.2 million tenge, or 136% compared to last year (4815.3 million tenge), with the IFO – 122.2%,
the volume of construction works is 24003.1 million tenge or 82.6% compared to the corresponding period last year (29048.5 million tenge), with the IFO – 75%,
housing commissioning 2181 sq. m . m due to individual housing construction, 20.4% compared to last year (10692 sq.m),
The reason for the decline: This year it is planned to put four commercial houses in the micr. 3 RTI: No. 22, 23 (60 apartments), No. 1 and No. 2 (60 apartments) with a total area of 7835 square meters. meters, being built at the expense of private investors. 341 people were registered as unemployed, 122.2% by January-October 2022 (279 people), due to an increase in plans for active measures of employment of the unemployed within the framework of the National Project for the Development of Entrepreneurship. The unemployment rate is 4.1%.
The number of low-income people living below the poverty line is 192 people (46 families), 69.3% compared to the corresponding period last year (277 people/68 families).
The population of the city as of October 1, 2023 amounted to 43,789 people, 100% compared to the level of last year (43,795 people).
The birth rate decreased by 3.9% (January-September 2023 – 11.11 cases, 364 people, January-September 2022 – 11.56 cases per 1000 people, 379 people).
The mortality rate decreased by 18.5% (January-September 2023 – 10.41 cases, 341 people, January-September 2022. – 12.78 cases per 1000 population, 419 people).
Three cases of infant mortality were registered (January-August 2023 – 7.5 cases, 3 children, January-August 2022 – 2.4 cases per 1000 births, 1 child).
The number of registered crimes is 222 cases or a decrease of 22.4% compared to last year (286 cases), including 59 cases of registration of serious and especially serious crimes, a decrease of 22.4% compared to last year (76 cases).
The detection rate of serious and especially serious crimes is 45.5%, 3.6 percentage points lower than the corresponding period last year (2022 - 49.1%)

for January-August 2023
The volume of GRP in the city of Sarani for January - August of this year is 114518.4 million tenge, an increase of 2.2 times compared to the corresponding period last year (51902.9 million tenge), including by industry:
the volume of industrial production is 88513.0 million tenge, 264.4% compared to the corresponding period of 2022 (33470.9 million tenge), IFO – 129.9%;
the volume of investments in fixed assets is 84117.4 million tenge or 257.5% in comparable prices to the corresponding period of last year (30820.8 million tenge),
the volume of gross agricultural output is 1535.1 million tenge or 110.4% compared to January-August last year (1390.2 million tenge), with the IFO – 101.2%,
the volume of retail turnover is 5219.0 million tenge, or 139.5% compared to last year (3741.8 million tenge), with the IFO – 122.1%,
the volume of construction works is 19251.3 million tenge or 144.7% compared to the corresponding period last year (13300.0 million tenge), with the IFO – 133.7%,
housing commissioning 1864 sq . m . m due to individual housing construction, 19.1% compared to last year's level (9771 sq.m.), 25.4% to the target (7333 sq.m.),

The number of low-income people living below the poverty line is 180 people (43 families), 78.6% compared to the corresponding period last year (229 people/57 families).
The population of the city as of August 1, 2023 was 43820 people, 100.1% compared to the level of last year (43772 people).
The birth rate increased by 1.3% (January-July 2023 – 11.47 cases, January-July 2022 – 11.32 cases per 1000 people).
The mortality rate decreased by 25.3% (January-July 2023 – 10.22 cases, January-July 2022 - 13.68 cases per 1000 people).
Two cases of infant mortality were registered (January-July 2023 – 6.1 cases, January-July 2022 - 0 cases per 1000 births).
The number of registered crimes is 178 cases, or a decrease of 28.5% compared to last year's level (249 cases), including 47 cases of registration of serious and especially serious crimes, a decrease of 28.8% compared to last year (66 cases).
The detection rate of serious and especially serious crimes is 44.1%, 1.7 percentage points lower than the corresponding period last year (2022 - 45.8%).
