In the future, the project will allow citizens to take initiatives to allocate funds for deviations.
According to the interactive map of Osakarovsky district, a budget of 16 billion 4 million tenge was posted, the budgets of 64 organizations included in the structure of the akimat were published, which is one hundred percent coverage of our institutions and subordinate organizations, namely:
In the field of education, the expenses of 26 schools in the amount of 4 billion 826 million tenge were reflected.
In the sphere of culture, the budget of 2 subordinate institutions amounted to 624 million tenge.
In the social sphere, the budget of the Employment Center is reflected in the amount of 153 million tenge.
For construction, the map includes 14 projects for 4 billion 776 million tenge.
On housing and communal services 9 projects for 181 million tenge.In addition, for the transparency of data on the budget, plates with QR codes are placed on the buildings of 10 organizations and institutions, which allow using a smartphone to go to an interactive map of the corresponding budget and get acquainted with the allocated funds.

Initially, the map displays all published budgets. Depending on the zoom level, close objects on the map are grouped, and in the enlarged view, each budget corresponds to its object. For the convenience of visual viewing, a traffic light system is used: separation by colors that reflect the deviation in the budget based on the average cost of similar objects. In order to study in detail the budget of the object, you need to click on the amount of the budget and go to the More button. A complete object card and detailed budget information will open. In order to leave appeals to organizations and their budgets, you need to register in the system. To do this, you need to click on the Register button, and then enter your data. When you enter your profile, you can change data such as name, phone number, mailing address and password. In order to view all your appeals and responses to them, you need to go to the “Appeals” section in your Personal Account.How to leave a call to the selected object
In order to leave a request, you must select the desired object on the map using search or filtering. Going to the object card, click on the "Submit request" button. You will see a form for submitting an appeal, in which you need to select the nature of the appeal, write your appeal, and also add files corresponding to the context of the topic. A list of all reviews is in your personal account, in the section “Appeals”, where you can view responses and comments to them, share them on social networks, etc.How to leave a quick appeal
In order to quickly leave an appeal, you must click on the "Submit appeal" button in the upper right corner on any page. And enter the name of the required organization into the search bar.
