This year marks the 110th anniversary of the village of Osakarovka, the 80th anniversary will be celebrated by the Osakarovsky district. However, there are no celebrations planned on this occasion. Instead, large funds have been allocated for the improvement of the district center, the renewal of roads and the repair of social facilities. Infrastructure projects are being implemented under the programs "Employment Roadmap" and "Auyl - el besigi".

Roads on 54 streets will be repaired in the district center. About 740 million tenge has been allocated for these purposes under the special project "Auyl - el besigi". The work has been carried out since May, and asphalt has already been laid on 13 streets. It is planned to complete the remaining road repairs by October. A recreation park and playgrounds are also being landscaped here. The buildings of the central hospital and the center for additional education are being overhauled, the premises of schools and kindergartens have been renovated. Affordable housing is also being built in Osakarovka under the Nurly Zher program. Two new two-storey houses are planned to be commissioned in 2020 and four more in 2021. A design and estimate documentationhas been developed for the continuation of housing construction.

In general, more than 1.5 billion tenge was allocated in the district as part of the Employment Roadmap. 36 infrastructure projects are being implemented with this money, more than 360 jobs have been created for the villagers.

A number of events are planned online: meetings and round tables dedicated to history. An encyclopedia of the district has been written. But the main thing is for people to see changes for the better, and not only in the district center. Landscaping and repairs have tried to cover every locality, - says akim of the district Nurken Kobzhanov.

The village of Osakarovka was founded in August 1910. Osakarovsky district was established on December 28, 1940 by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR. Then it included 30 collective farms and three machine and tractor stations.
