Training exercises were conducted for situational center operators

Training exercises were conducted for situational center operators at institutions subordinate to the Department of the Criminal Enforcement System of the city of Astana.

During the training, operators became familiar with the new functions of the video surveillance system, including facial recognition and vehicle recognition modules, the operation of the alarm center, and other system capabilities. Specialists from the Information and Communications Group of the Regime Department demonstrated the capabilities of the upgraded system in practice, explained the procedures for configuring and using analytical tools, and outlined algorithms for rapid response to alarm signals and incidents. In addition, explanatory work was carried out on the effective use of new functions in daily operational activities.
