Deputy for Regime and Operational Work of the EC-166/5 institution of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Nursultan

From 2008 to 2012, he studied at the Academy of the Committee of the Penal System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2012, he served as an operative officer in the operational department of Institution EC-166/1 of the Department of the Penal System in Astana. From 2012 to 2013, he held the position of head of the unit for educational work among inmates at Institution EC-166/5 of the Department of the Penal System in Astana. From 2013 to 2018, he continued his service as an operative officer in the operational department of the same institution.

From 2018 to 2019, he was the head of the operational department at Institution EC-166/5 of the Department of the Penal System in Nur-Sultan. From 2019 to 2020, he served as the deputy head for regime and operational work of the same institution. In 2020, he was assigned to the Department of the Penal System in Nur-Sultan. From 2021 to 2024, he worked as a senior inspector in the duty unit of the Headquarters of the Department of the Penal System in Astana. In 2024, he was appointed deputy head for regime and operational work of Institution No. 2, and subsequently became the head of Institution No. 2, a position he holds to the present day.

Карьера

В 2012 году работал оперуполномоченным оперативного отдела учреждения ЕЦ-166/1 Департамента УИС по г. Астана, затем с 2012 по 2013 год занимал должность начальника отряда отдела по воспитательной работе среди осуждённых учреждения ЕЦ-166/5 Департамента УИС по г. Астана. С 2013 по 2018 год продолжал службу оперуполномоченным оперативного отдела того же учреждения.

С 2018 по 2019 год был начальником оперативного отдела учреждения ЕЦ-166/5 Департамента УИС по г. Нур-Султан, затем с 2019 по 2020 год — заместителем начальника по режимной и оперативной работе этого же учреждения. В 2020 году находился в распоряжении Департамента УИС по г. Нур-Султан, после чего с 2021 по 2024 год работал старшим инспектором дежурной части Штаба Департамента УИС по г. Астана. В 2024 году стал заместителем начальника по режимной и оперативной работе учреждения №2 Департамента УИС по г. Астана, а затем — начальником учреждения №2 по настоящее время.
