From 2008 to 2008, he attended the initial training course at the Pavlodar Law College of the Committee of the Penal System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a specialist-investigator in the Security Department of the EC-166/10 institution of the Department of the Penal System in Astana, and later in 2010 as the head of the educational work unit for inmates at the same institution. From 2010 to 2011, he served as a specialist-investigator in the Regime Department, and subsequently as Senior Specialist — Senior Investigator of the Regime Department. From 2011 to 2011, he was Deputy Head of the Control Service Department and then Duty Assistant to the Head of the Colony Duty Service of EC-166/10 of the Department of the Penal System in Astana. From 2011 to 2016, he served as an investigator in the Regime, Supervision, and Security Department of the Department of the Penal System in Astana, and from 2016 to 2016 as Senior Investigator of the same department. In 2016, he was assigned to the Department’s reserve, and from 2016 to 2017 he worked as an investigator in the Regime, Supervision, and Security Division.

From 2017 to 2019, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Pre-Trial Detention Center for Regime and Security at the EC-166/1 institution of the Department of the Penal System in Astana. From 2019 to 2022, he served as Deputy Head for Operational Work at the same Pre-Trial Detention Center in Nur-Sultan. From 2022 to 2024, he worked as Senior Inspector for Special Assignments in the Special Institutions Group of the Administrative Practice Directorate of the Committee of Administrative Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2024, he has been serving as Head of Institution No. 64 of the Department of the Penal System in Astana.

Карьера

С 2009 по 2010 год работал специалистом-оперуполномоченным отдела обеспечения безопасности учреждения ЕЦ-166/10 Департамента УИС по г. Астана, затем с 2010 по 2010 год — начальником отряда отдела по воспитательной работе среди осужденных того же учреждения. С 2010 по 2011 год занимал должность специалиста-оперуполномоченного режимного отдела, после чего стал старшим специалистом — старшим оперуполномоченным режимного отдела. С 2011 по 2011 год был заместителем начальника отдела контролерской службы, а затем дежурным помощником начальника колонии дежурной службы учреждения ЕЦ-166/10 Департамента УИС по г. Астана. С 2011 по 2016 год служил оперуполномоченным отдела режима, надзора и охраны Департамента УИС по г. Астана, а с 2016 по 2016 год — старшим оперуполномоченным отдела режима, надзора и охраны.

С 2017 по 2019 год занимал должность заместителя начальника следственного изолятора по режиму и охране учреждения ЕЦ-166/1 Департамента УИС по г. Астана. С 2019 по 2022 год был заместителем начальника следственного изолятора по оперативной работе того же учреждения в г. Нур-Султан. С 2022 по 2024 год работал старшим инспектором по особым поручениям группы специальных учреждений Управления административной практики Комитета административной полиции МВД РК. С 2024 года по настоящее время занимает должность начальника учреждения №64 Департамента УИС по г. Астана.
