For insulting a local police inspector - removes snow on the roads

The 35-year-old convict, who is registered with the probation service of the Astana district of the Aktobe city of the Department of the Criminal Code of the Aktobe region, for insulting a local police inspector, resisting a representative of the authorities, performs community service for 8 hours a day. Namely, performs snow removal work from roads and sidewalks.
The situation with the offense was as follows: in the afternoon, at noon, a resident of Aktobe E., returning home in a state of alcoholic intoxication, beat his wife. A wife who has suffered from her husband informs her relatives about this by phone and asks for help. Relatives turn to police officers.
The local police inspectors who arrived on call to the scene to clarify the circumstances of the incident first interviewed the spouse of a citizen who had consumed alcohol, and then informed the citizen himself that he needed to go to the police department to establish the "fact of intoxication" and draw up a protocol. At that moment, Citizen E., disobeying the local police inspectors, insulting them, resisting and using force, brandished a metal rod.
At the court hearing, a resident of Aktobe E. fully admitted his guilt. The court handed down a sentence under Part 1 of Article 378, Part 1 of Article 380 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on community service for 300 hours.
Currently, convicted E., who repented of what he had done, under the supervision of probation officers of the Astana district of the city of Aktobe, is cleaning the streets from snow in the territories designated by the city akimat.
"Currently, the probation service of the Astana district of Aktobe has 21 convicts involved in community service.
These citizens perform public works in public places determined by the Akimat of the Astana district, such as cleaning streets from snow, cleaning public places that do not require certain qualifications," says Azat Tulegenov, head of the probation service of the Astana district of Aktobe.
