In the institution of the Department of the Penal Correction System in the Aktobe region, efforts have been carried out to develop the creative potential of inmates

At Institution No. 9 of the Department of the Penal Correction System in the Aktobe region, systematic work is being conducted to foster inmates’ creative potential, develop writing skills, enhance the effectiveness of educational and socio-psychological activities, and strengthen spiritual and moral values.

For these purposes, an essay competition was organized among inmates, aimed at encouraging self-expression, rethinking life values, fostering motivation for law-abiding behavior, and supporting social adaptation after release.

The event was held at the S. Zhienbayev Regional Youth Library. During the event, participants expressed their thoughts in writing, creatively conveying their inner experiences and perspectives on life.

Following the competition, the inmates shared their impressions, noting that such activities help broaden their horizons, reshape their outlook on life, and strengthen their confidence in the future.
