In Aktobe, a citizen was deprived of her freedom for non-fulfillment of the duties assigned to her by the court

A citizen registered with the probation service department of the Almaty district of the city of Aktobe DUIS in the Aktobe region was sent to places of imprisonment for 11 months and 10 days for failure to fulfill the duties assigned to her by the court.

Previously, the convict was sentenced by the court for committing "Fraud" to 3 years of restriction of freedom. When imposing a non-custodial sentence, the court took into account that the latter had not been convicted before, and was raising three children, two of whom are minors.

However, the convict, without making proper conclusions for herself, committed malicious violations of the conditions of serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom without valid reasons. Without notifying the probation service inspector, after leaving her place of permanent residence, she repeatedly left the city. Did not appear at the probation service for registration, was absent during inspections at the place of residence in the evening.
In addition, the woman again committed a criminal offense in the form of "Fraud".
