For insulting the district inspector, the street is cleared of snow

The 35-year-old convict, who is registered in the probation service of the Astana district of the Aktobe city of the Department of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Aktobe region, for insulting a district inspector, for an attempt on a government representative, performs community service for 8 hours a day, clears the street from snow.

The situation with the offense was as follows: in the afternoon at noon, a resident of Aktobe -E. returning home in a state of alcoholic intoxication, he beat his wife. A wife who has suffered from her husband informs her relatives about this by phone and asks for help. Relatives later turn to police officers.

The local police inspectors who arrived on call to the scene to clarify the circumstances of the incident first interviewed the spouse of a citizen who had consumed alcohol, and then informed the citizen himself that he needed to go to the police department to establish the "fact of intoxication" and draw up a protocol. At that moment, Citizen E., who had consumed alcoholic beverages, disobeyed the local police inspectors, insulted them and resisted, using force, waving an iron rod, wounding the hands of police officers.

At the court session, a resident of Aktobe, E., fully admitted his guilt and court sentences under Part 1 of Article 378, part 1 of Article 380 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan were sentenced to community service for 300 hours.

Currently, the convicted E. admitting his remorse for what he did, under the supervision of probation officers of the Astana district of Aktobe, is cleaning the streets from snow in the territories designated by the city akimat.

"In the probation service of the Astana district of Aktobe, 21 convicts are currently involved in community service for violating the law.

These citizens perform such public works as cleaning the streets from snow, cleaning public places that do not require certain qualifications in public places designated by the Akimat of the Astana district," says Azat Tulegenov, head of the Probation Service of the Astana district of Aktobe.
