Announcement on the Conduct of an Extraordinary Attestation

The Department of the Penal Enforcement System of the Aktobe Region (hereinafter – the Department of PES) of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, pursuant to Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 218 dated March 26, 2025, “On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Extraordinary Attestation of Employees of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (hereinafter – the Order), announces the conduct of an extraordinary attestation.

Purpose – personnel planning for the upcoming quarter for the promotion of employees to higher-level managerial positions.

Employees holding positions specified in Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 773 dated September 29, 2022, which fall under the nomenclature of the Department of PES, and who wish to undergo the extraordinary attestation, shall submit an application in the prescribed form and a service record generated through the “Documentolog” system to the Personnel Department of the Department of PES of the Aktobe Region of the Committee of PES of the Ministry of Internal Affairs no later than five working days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The following employees shall not be admitted to the extraordinary attestation:

1. Employees who do not meet the minimum qualification requirements established for managerial positions (Order No. 124 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs dated July 30, 2025; Order No. 52 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated January 28, 2026).

Minimum qualification requirements for positions within the nomenclature of the Department of PES:

• Central Office of the Department of PES – category C-SVO-8;
• Central Office of the Department of PES – category C-SVO-9;
• District Probation Services – category C-SVR-7;
• District Probation Services – category C-SVR-8;
• Penal Enforcement Institutions – category C-SGU-12;
• Penal Enforcement Institutions – category C-SGU-13.

2. Employees who have active disciplinary sanctions.
3. Employees who are subject to official or pre-trial investigations.

Note: The results of the extraordinary attestation do not affect the timing of the regular (scheduled) attestation.
