ANNOUNCEMENT on the Conduct of an Extraordinary Certification

The Department of the Penal Enforcement System for Aktobe Region (hereinafter – the PES Department) of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of Order No. 218 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated March 26, 2025 “On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Extraordinary Certification of Employees of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (hereinafter – the Order), announces the conduct of an extraordinary certification.

The purpose is personnel planning for the upcoming quarter regarding the promotion of employees to higher managerial positions.

Employees holding positions in accordance with Order No. 773 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated September 29, 2022, which belong to the nomenclature of the PES Department, and wishing to undergo extraordinary certification, shall submit a report in accordance with the approved template and a service record generated through the “Documentolog” system to the Personnel Division of the PES Department for Aktobe Region of the Committee of the PES of the Ministry of Internal Affairs no later than five working days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The following employees are not eligible for extraordinary certification:

1. Employees who do not meet the minimum qualification requirements for managerial positions (Order No. 124 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs dated July 30, 2025, and Order No. 52 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated January 28, 2026).

Minimum qualification requirements for positions within the PES Department nomenclature:

• Central Office of the PES Department – category C-SVO-4;
• Central Office of the PES Department – category C-SVO-6;
• District Probation Services – category C-SVR-4;
• PES institutions – category C-SGU-8;
• PES institutions – category C-SGU-10;

2. Employees with active disciplinary sanctions;
3. Employees subject to internal service investigations or pre-trial investigations.
