The Department of the Penal Enforcement System for the Aktobe Region (hereinafter – the PES Department), under the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with Order No. 218 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated March 26, 2025 “On Approval of the Rules for Conducting Unscheduled Certification of Employees of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (hereinafter – the Order), announces the conduct of an unscheduled certification.
Purpose: personnel planning for the upcoming quarter for the promotion of employees to higher managerial positions.
Employees holding positions in accordance with Order No. 773 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated September 29, 2022, included in the nomenclature of the PES Department and wishing to undergo unscheduled certification, shall submit a report (according to the established template) and a service record generated through the “Documentolog” system to the Human Resources Unit of the PES Department for the Aktobe Region of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs no later than five working days from the date of publication of this announcement.
The following employees are not eligible for unscheduled certification:

Those who do not meet the minimum qualification requirements established for managerial positions (Order No. 124 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs dated July 30, 2025; Order No. 52 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated January 28, 2026).
Minimum qualification requirements for positions within the nomenclature of the PES Department:

Central Office of the PES Department – category C-SVO-4;
-
Central Office of the PES Department – category C-SVO-6;
-
District Probation Services – category C-SVR-4;
-
PES Institutions – category C-SGU-8;
-
PES Institutions – category C-SGU-10.

Those who have active disciplinary sanctions;
-
Those in respect of whom internal service or pre-trial investigations are being conducted.
