In professional training classes, young workers must perform the tasks assigned to them qualitatively and in a timely manner, as well as the activities provided by the adaptation plan, observe order, legality and wear appropriate clothing; learn to treat colleagues and citizens politely. At the same time, mentors were appointed from the management to young specialists with the aim of introducing effective forms and methods of work.

In the course of professional training, the program and practical training on special-tactical, shooting, physical training, firefighting and rescue methods were also explained to the employees of the institution.
