In 2010, he graduated from the Academy of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in "Law enforcement" 

In 2016, Shymkent Regional Socio-Innovative University graduated "Master of Law"

 

Карьера

From 2001 to 2013, he served in institutions of the penal system of the South Kazakhstan region from inspector to head of department.

From 2013 to 2026, he held the positions of Deputy head of institutions and head of institutions, Department of the Penal Enforcement System in the South Kazakhstan region.

Since September 2026, he has been Deputy Head of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System of the West Kazakhstan region.
