He graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University in Aktobe with a degree in Law, and from the Innovative Eurasian University in Pavlodar with a degree in Master of Law.

2015-2016 expert of the Department of Legal Support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2016-2017-Chief Expert of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
