On September 29, 2023, under the chairmanship of the Deputy head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the North Kazakhstan region, S.M. Barmenbayev, with the participation of employees of the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the North Kazakhstan region, a seminar-meeting was held for managers and employees of territorial administrations through the ZOOM program.
Seminar topics:"Formation of administrative cases in the ERAP mobile application"; "Sending administrative materials to judicial authorities for consideration and enforcement through the ERAP mobile application";"Clarification on certain issues of state control and supervision";"Compliance with the requirements of the Ethical Code of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of the seminar was to explain the work on administrative practice through the mobile application "Unified Register of Administrative Proceedings", to explain the norms of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as ethical norms and rules of conduct of civil servants.
The participants of the seminar were addressed by the head of the Department of Formation of legal information in the civil and administrative spheres of the DKPSIS of the State Duma of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the North Kazakhstan Region A.T. Mukanov, Prosecutor of the Department of Formation of legal information in the civil and administrative spheres of the DKPSIS of the State Duma of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the North Kazakhstan Region E.G. Mukhamadieva, Deputy head S.M. Barmenbayev, Head of the Legal Support Department S.M. Aripkhan.
Following the results of the seminar-meeting, Department officials gave recommendations on compliance with the norms of administrative legislation and the Code of Ethics of civil servants. The specialists of the territorial departments of the Department received answers to all their questions.
