State control over compliance with the requirements established by technical regulations (hereinafter - state control) is carried out by the authorized body, its territorial bodies, other state bodies authorized to exercise state control in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and their officials.
The objects of state control over compliance with the requirements established by technical regulations are products, processes, conformity assessment bodies and laboratories that are subject to the technical regulations.
