On September 13, 2022, an information hour "History of Kazakh national jewelry" was held in the ethnocultural association "Zhas Otau" of the House of Culture of the city of Sarani with the participation of the club "Mura" SVGTK
named after Abai Kunanbayev. The students presented interesting information about removable jewelry and those that could be sewn to clothes. The latter include fasteners, buttons of various shapes, patterned buckles. Camisoles, patterned tank tops, belts could be secured with a bright clasp. Now this decoration is rarely used in everyday clothes. Kapsyrma is most often worn to wedding dresses in the Kazakh style, keeping a single composition with a bracelet, rings and a pendant.
In order to implement the state program for the implementation of the language policy for 2020-2025, on September 5, 2018 at 16.00 in the House of Culture of the city of Saran, a city solemn event "Halyk tili - kainar bulak" was held with the participation of representatives of state bodies, NGOs, ECOOO, the media and residents of the city .
