Information on the implementation of the "With a Diploma to the Village" project in the West Kazakhstan Region.

 

The 2026 republican budget allocates 2324,0 million tenge to provide government loans to 236 specialists for the purchase or construction of housing; the financing plan schedules this lending to begin in July. Additionally, 690,7 million tenge from the local budget is earmarked for social support—including 318,7 million tenge in relocation allowances—for 735 specialists moving to rural areas. As of July 1, 417 specialists had received the relocation allowance.

In total, between 2009 and July 1, 2026, 11382 specialists were recruited to rural areas, comprising 7584 educators, 2095 healthcare professionals, 175 social welfare workers, 712 cultural workers, 320 sports specialists, 385 agro-industrial sector specialists, and 111 civil servants. Social support funds totaling 5171,6 million tenge were disbursed.

Budget loans amounting to 21977,7 million tenge were granted to 5544 specialists in the social and agro-industrial sect.
